To determine the underlying causes and welfare effects of this occurrence, I constructed and analyzed a spatial equilibrium structural model in this research. A collection of high-skilled workers fueled local productivity, boosted remuneration for all employees, narrowed the real wage disparity, and widened the welfare gap separating workers with diverse skill levels.
